Parents have questions

We have answers

What age groups do you offer in Texas City?
Age ranges vary by program. Elite Basketball: 8–17 (boys + girls). GOATS Volleyball: 10–17. Rush Flag Football: 8–17. Ignite Cheer: 6–17. Rec leagues open by season — most leagues serve grade-school through high school ages.
What sports does Be Someone offer near Texas City?
Basketball (rec + Elite select), volleyball (rec + GOATS club), flag football (rec + Rush 7-on-7), competitive cheer (Ignite), plus camps, clinics, private training, and our premium Foundry development program. Texas City families have access to every BSS pathway.
Is Be Someone only for elite athletes?
No. Our rec leagues are open to all skill levels and serve as the foundation. Elite, GOATS, Rush, and Ignite are tryout-based teams for athletes ready for higher competition. The Pathway is built so any athlete can start at rec and move up when they’re ready.
How do I know which program is right for my child?
Start with Find My Program — it walks you through age, experience, and goals. If you’re unsure, email info@besomeonesports.com and a coach will help you figure out the right starting point.
How do I register for a Texas City league or program?
Go to Register for Sports Leagues. Select the program your athlete wants. Registration runs seasonally for most rec leagues; tryout-based teams open registration on specific tryout dates.
Do you offer both rec and competitive options?
Yes. Rec leagues for athletes building fundamentals. Competitive teams (Elite Basketball, GOATS Volleyball, Rush Flag Football, Ignite Cheer) for athletes who want to play at a higher level. Camps and Foundry training are open to athletes from both tracks.

Your kid is not average. Don’t put them in an average environment.
