Schedules & Locations
Where are games and practices held?
We use multiple gyms and fields throughout the area. Locations are shared after registration and included in your team schedule.
How often are games and practices?
Each league is guaranteed 2–3 events per week, which may include a combination of games and practices. Depending on the program, this could look like:
1 game + 1–2 practices
2 games + 1 practice
2 games + 2 practices
This structure is designed to give athletes consistent development, repetition, and game experience throughout the season.
Is that too much for beginners?
Not at all. Our programs are structured to support all skill levels. Beginners benefit from consistent repetition, while experienced players continue to develop through game play and practice.
When will I receive the schedule?
Schedules are released after teams are formed and delivered through the Be Someone Sports app. The process works like this:
Players attend evaluations/tryouts
Teams are formed through a draft
Once teams are finalized, the full season schedule is released in the app
You will receive access to your team schedule, updates, and important information directly in the app.

First-Time Parents
My child has never played before — is that okay?
Absolutely. Many of our players are brand new. Our programs are built to teach and develop athletes from the ground up.
What if my child is nervous or unsure?
That’s completely normal. Our environment is designed to be positive, encouraging, and welcoming for all players.
Will my child get playing time?
Yes. In our recreational leagues, every player plays. We follow a structured substitution system to ensure fairness:
Players are subbed every 4 minutes during the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd quarters
Coaches are required to follow substitution guidelines
The 4th quarter is open substitution
This ensures every athlete gets consistent playing time and opportunities to develop.
⭐
Elite / Select Teams
How do tryouts work?
Players attend a scheduled tryout where our coaches evaluate skill level, effort, and coachability.
What is the time commitment for Elite teams?
Elite teams require a higher commitment, including practices, tournaments, and travel depending on the team.
Do Elite teams travel?
Yes. Some teams travel for tournaments depending on their level and schedule.
