10's - 3rd & 4th Grade

The Mini Club 10's program is typically made up of 3rd and 4th graders and is designed to develop a strong foundation in volleyball fundamentals, with a heavy emphasis on serving and passing. Athletes will learn the mechanics and build the strength needed to serve effectively while improving footwork and passing skills. At this age, players are not assigned specific positions but are trained to play all-around on the court, gaining experience in the basic skills of every position. This approach ensures well-rounded development and sets the stage for future growth in the sport.

11's - 5th Grade

The 11's Mini Club team builds on foundational skills while beginning to focus on positions where players show strengths. While everyone will continue to train in all basic positions, tournaments will introduce positional play, emphasizing three key beginner roles: Setter, Hitter, and Passer. As the team develops, players may transition into more specific positions based on team needs and individual growth. By the end of the season, all players are expected to overhand serve consistently, aiming to serve effectively from the baseline. This program fosters skill refinement and prepares players for more advanced competitive play.

12's - 6th Grade

The 12's Mini Club program emphasizes positional development and competitive readiness. Players will be trained with specific positions in mind and will gain experience through focused positional training. By the end of the season, all players are expected to serve consistently from behind the baseline.

In this program, athletes will learn serve-receive rotations and understand their specific responsibilities within their designated positions. Midway through the season, players are expected to consistently bump, set, and spike during play. The 12's Mini Club prepares players for the next level by building advanced skills and reinforcing teamwork and positional understanding
