Who The Foundry Is For

Built For Serious Athletes

  • Athletes in 7th grade and up
  • Select, school and aspiring college basketball players
  • Players committed to consistent early-morning training
  • Athletes seeking skill development, strength, basketball IQ and accountability
  • Evaluation required before acceptance

The Foundry is not an open gym. It is a structured development environment for athletes prepared to work.

Fair Warning

This Is Not for Everyone

Most players sleep in. The ones who show up at 6 AM are the ones who separate themselves from the pack. If you need to be convinced, this isn't your program.

The Four Pillars

How We Build Athletes

🔥

Forge

Skill development. Handles, shooting, footwork — built through relentless repetition.

Discipline and mental toughness. Show up early, stay locked in, outwork everyone.

🏋

Build

Physical conditioning. Speed, strength, and endurance that translate to the court.

🧠

Think

Basketball IQ. Film study, reads, decision-making under pressure.
