Built For Serious Athletes
- Athletes in 7th grade and up
- Select, school and aspiring college basketball players
- Players committed to consistent early-morning training
- Athletes seeking skill development, strength, basketball IQ and accountability
- Evaluation required before acceptance
The Foundry is not an open gym. It is a structured development environment for athletes prepared to work.
This Is Not for Everyone
Most players sleep in. The ones who show up at 6 AM are the ones who separate themselves from the pack. If you need to be convinced, this isn't your program.
