We know plans change. Here's exactly how refunds, credits, and deferrals work at Be Someone Sports — in plain language, no fine-print games.

Before Tryouts
Full refund if your athlete hasn't participated in season tryouts or evaluations yet.
After Tryouts
Partial refunds or future-season credits considered case-by-case based on circumstances.
Injury or Move
Documented season-ending injuries or family relocations before first practice may qualify.
Defer or Credit
Apply your registration to a future season instead of a refund — fully your call.
How it works
A simple timeline that mirrors how the season actually unfolds.
Before tryouts or evaluations
Full refund available. If you decide before your athlete attends tryouts or evaluations for that season — for any reason — you get the full amount back.
After tryouts, before the first official practice
Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case based on circumstances. We typically offer a partial refund or a future-season credit. Documented season-ending injuries or a family relocation before the first practice may qualify for additional consideration.
After the first official practice
Once the season is underway, registration fees are generally non-refundable because team rosters, uniforms, gym time, coaches, and league schedules are already committed. We're happy to discuss future-season credit on a case-by-case basis.
Defer to a future season
Instead of requesting a refund, you can apply your registration to a future Be Someone Sports season. This option keeps your athlete's spot in the program and skips the refund processing wait time. Contact us to set up a deferral.
Merchandise & gear
Uniforms, fan gear, and team store merchandise are generally non-returnable once customized or printed. For shipping damage or fulfillment errors, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number and we'll make it right.
How to request a refund or credit
Email info@besomeonesports.com with:
- Your athlete's full name
- The program and season they registered for
- The reason for your request (injury, relocation, change of plans, etc.)
- Any supporting documentation (medical note, new address, etc.)
We'll respond within 5 business days with a decision and next steps.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval. Credits to a future season are applied immediately and confirmed by email.
