We offer four sports: basketball for ages 4U to 17U, volleyball for K through 8th grade, NFL flag football for 8U to 17U, and cheer for K through 8th grade. In addition, we run both recreational leagues and elite select programs year-round at all of our gym locations near you.
Our programs welcome athletes ages 4 through 17. Basketball starts at 4U, while flag football and cheer begin at kindergarten age. Volleyball runs from K through 8th grade. For more competitive athletes, elite and select programs typically start at 9U.
