How the Program Works

Practice & Play
Most teams have 2 events per week (some divisions 3): practices plus a 9-game season, ending with championship weekend and All-Star selections.

Boys’ & girls’ divisions
Grade-based divisions starting at Kinder/1st; Kinder/1st may be co-ed depending on registration numbers.
By school grade
Athletes are placed by school grade so they compete with kids at a similar stage. The registration page shows the current grade rule.
